The Emmary Butler Foundation has named Chiara Logan and Taprea Cardaa as the first recipients of PACE scholarships. Chiara Logan is an Indiana University sophomore who dreams of becoming a Neonatologist. She was recently accepted into the Atlantis Project Fellowship Program where she will be able to shadow physicians for four weeks in Athens, Greece. Taprea Cardaa is a graduating senior at Governors State University pursuing a Bachelors of Health Science degree. Unfortunately, she was recently informed that no financial aid would be available during her final semester of school.
