The Giving Season

As we enter fundraising season for many organizations, I want to thank all of our donors for your support. The first year exceeded our expectations and we hope to carry this momentum into year two. Last year, the foundation was able to provide over four thousand dollars in scholarship funds, a Mac lap top was awarded to a graduating senior of Girlz Rock, and we hosted a successful back to school give away in August.

North Side High School Medical Education Scholarship

• WHAT: $1,000 scholarship
• WHEN: Essay deadline Feb 28, 2017. Winner will be announced by March 31, 2017
• WHO: 2017 graduating minority senior from North Side High school pursuing a degree in medicine
• HOW: please submit a 500 word essay through our contact page describing what you aspire to be and how this scholarship will help you achieve your goal
